This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for services provided by Nordic VD Limited ("Nordic Growth", "we", "us", or "our").
1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Every new subscription is backed by our 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first seven (7) days of your initial plan, contact us for a full refund of that period — no questions asked.
2. Recurring Subscriptions
After the initial 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
3. One-Time & Custom Work
For one-time or custom engagements, refunds are assessed based on the work already performed. Any work delivered or in progress at the time of cancellation is non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us with your account details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
