These Terms & Conditions govern your use of nordic-growth.net and the services provided by Nordic VD Limited ("Nordic Growth", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Nordic Growth provides email, SMS, and chat marketing services, including strategy, automation flows, campaign management, deliverability, and reporting. The scope of each engagement is defined in your selected plan or proposal.

2. Plans & Payment

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are stated on our Pricing page and exclude any applicable taxes. There are no setup fees, and you may cancel at the end of your billing period.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to the accounts and assets needed to deliver the services;
• Ensure your marketing lists are collected with proper consent;
• Comply with applicable anti-spam and marketing regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

Work produced for you becomes yours upon full payment. We retain the right to use non-confidential results for portfolio and case-study purposes unless agreed otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordic Growth shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable notice. Fees for services already delivered remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
